Nashville, Tenn. (July 8, 2025) — Country Music Hall of Fame member Ray Stevens is on the mend following a successful minimally invasive heart procedure performed yesterday morning.
Stevens was admitted to a Nashville hospital last Friday evening after experiencing chest pains. Doctors conducted a heart catheterization, which confirmed he had suffered a mild heart attack. The surgery was successful, and Stevens is now recovering comfortably under medical supervision.
As a result, all scheduled performances at his West Nashville venue, the CabaRay Showroom, have been canceled through the month of July to allow for proper rest and recovery.
