Rumors of Bon Jovi hanging up their leather jackets have been spreading like bad karaoke at an open mic. Hashtags like #ThankYouJon started trending on X, as if the band had taken the last bow. Well, grab your cowboy boots and calm down—Tico Torres says it’s all nonsense.

Tico, sounding like he just left the Bada Bing, sets the record straight:
“Musicians never retire—especially me. Me and the boys—Jon and everybody—we’re still making music. We’re the best we’ve ever been. All I can tell you is: don’t listen to what you read. It’s most likely bull***.”*

So, why the drama? It started when frontman Jon Bon Jovi opened up about his voice issues after surgery in 2022. He even admitted that if he couldn’t bring his A-game on stage, he’d rather call it quits than “be the fat Elvis.” Respect, Jon. We feel you.

But don’t start auctioning off your Bon Jovi vinyl just yet. The band has a new album recorded, Jon is hitting vocal therapy like it’s boot camp, and he’s seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Touring might not be locked in yet, but if there’s one thing Bon Jovi knows, it’s how to make a comeback.

So, what’s the takeaway? Bon Jovi is still livin’ on a prayer—and apparently, some killer new riffs. Stay tuned
